Frank was a great host with a great place. We had 2 small children with us so the 3rd bedroom off the master was perfect. The condo was well cared for and included everything we needed. A nice bonus was Hulu which we had a subscription to already so our kids could see their favorite shows. The farmhouse table was great so we could eat all togther. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cute place. Parking is tricky but doable. Very clean and accurate to the pictures. Decent space to accommodate many guests. Short drive to Boston. The back porch offered a semi view of the city’s skyline which made it enjoyable to hang out and view.

This is a great apartment in Dorchester. Very spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and good communication from the host. The balcony overlooks a community garden and has a view of the city. Stunning. I’ll be back!

We stayed with 2 girls and 4 adults and had a great time. Condo was clean and a short Uber from the harbor. The condo is spacious with everything we needed. Loved the wood floors.

Just had a girls weekend to Salem and staying in Boston. Easy commute. The condo was wonderful and spacious for 4 adults. Great place for a quick overnight stay. Franks was quick to respond and helpful with knowledge the Boston area. Highly recommended to stay!

Convenient location and nice space!

We stayed there for 7 days. It was a good home base and very affordable for the area. The stairs were steep but the price wasn't.

We had a great time at this condo. Despite what others have said the neighborhood was nice to walk around. Even though it's not close to the T, it is close to the bus stops and commuter rail. Although we found ourselves mostly taking an Uber. Frank is responsive and available to help with any issues or questions.

This place was a perfect spot! It was clean, spacious, and easy to check in and out.

Apt was perfect size for what I needed for a long weekend! I completely enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfy, and linens clean. Kitchen was a great size and had basic amenities. Frank was great at communication with me and I really appreciated that.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and comfortable! Frank gets back to you very quickly if you need any info! Awesome host. Only a few minutes away from anything you’d need! Only thing that should be made more clear, it is 3rd floor with no elevator and there’s quite a few steps! Other than that, quiet neighborhood, easy access inside and just an awesome stay.

Great place, right near center of boston. Everything is 15 mins away from car; and the T makes things easy to travel.
